Privacy Policy
Effective October 10, 2026
This policy explains what Wikivec Inc. (“we”) collects when you use Draw With Camera, and why. The short version: your camera view and your pictures never leave your device.
Camera and pictures
The tracer asks your browser for the camera only when you start tracing. The camera picture is shown on your screen and is never recorded, uploaded or stored. Pictures you upload, and the outlines and sketches made from them, are processed inside your browser and are discarded when you leave the page, unless you download them yourself.
What we do collect
- Standard request logs from our host (IP address, browser, pages requested), kept for security and reliability.
- Anonymous daily counts: how many tracing sessions lasted a minute, and how many people tapped a Pro feature. These carry no identifier.
- If analytics is on: which tools are used and for how long, without cookies and without any pictures.
- Your email address, only if you choose to join the Pro waitlist. We use it once, to tell you when Pro launches, and delete the list afterwards.
- If you pick a light or dark theme, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage, on your device only.
Draw With Camera shows no ads and sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
Who processes data for us
- Vercel: hosting the website. Data: IP address and request logs.
- Upstash: storing the email you leave on the Pro waitlist, and anonymous daily counters. Data: your email address, if you choose to leave it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold, and to object to or restrict its use. The only personal data we may hold is a waitlist email; write to us and we'll delete it.
Children
Draw With Camera is a general-audience site and isn't directed at children under 13. Don't join the waitlist if you're under 13.
